What is the legal fee for my purchase or Sale?

  • Packard Law Office offers a flat fee that will cover your entire transaction from the Purchase and Sale Agreement until closing. The typical legal fee for a real estate transaction is $700-$750. Please contact the office for a quote for your transaction.

What do your services entail?

  • Representation on your purchase or sale will include review, drafting, and negotiation of the purchase and sales agreement.  It will also include obtaining and preparation of closing documents, advice on title issues, and conducting closings.

Do you work with my lender?
